• Semantic HTML5 structure with landmark roles for screen readers.
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text.
• Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements, with visible focus indicators.
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful imagery; decorative imagery marked aria-hidden.
• Forms with explicit labels and helpful error messages.
• A "Reduced motion" media-query that disables animations for users who prefer them off.
• Responsive type sizing that scales when the user changes browser font size.

Known limitations

We are continually improving the site. If you encounter a barrier — a hard-to-read color combination, a form field your screen reader skips, anything at all — please let us know so we can fix it quickly.

Service accessibility

Beyond the website, our transportation services accommodate:

• Wheelchair users (manual and powered) with lift-equipped vans.
• Patients requiring stretcher transport with two-person crew assistance.
• Bariatric patients up to 750 lbs.
• Service animals, oxygen, and personal mobility equipment at no extra charge.
• Sign-language and bilingual crews on request.
