Sylhet Ambulance Service is committed to making both our transportation services and our website accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Website accessibility features

• Semantic HTML with proper heading structure for assistive technology
• Alt text on all informational images
• Keyboard-navigable menus, forms and buttons
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background (minimum 4.5:1)
• Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality
• Descriptive form labels and error messages
• No auto-playing audio or motion that cannot be paused

Service accessibility

Our fleet includes ADA-compliant wheelchair lifts, bariatric-rated stretchers, and passenger-assist attendants trained in disability etiquette. Every vehicle can accommodate a service animal at no extra charge.
