All staff โ dispatchers, drivers, billing and administrative โ complete HIPAA privacy and security training annually. Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored in encrypted systems and shared only with the covered entities that legitimately require it (hospitals, dialysis centers, physicians, insurers) or as required by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only with: (a) the treating facility or physician you designate; (b) your insurance carrier for billing; (c) service providers (e.g. our billing software vendor) bound by written confidentiality agreements; and (d) law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal process.

We use TLS encryption on our website, encrypted-at-rest databases for patient records, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure โ if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly as required by NYS Shield Act.
Our website is not directed at children under 13. When we transport minors, we act only on the written consent of a parent, legal guardian, or a facility with lawful custody.
